Feeling Uncertain About How to Prepare?

Write your awesome label here.
Are you planning a legal, guided psychedelic experience and feeling unsure how to approach it in a meaningful way?

Do you feel stuck - emotionally, creatively, or personally - and hope this experience might help you see things differently?

Do you want to be thoughtful and responsible, rather than simply “going along” without direction?

You’re not alone.

Many people arrive at these experiences carrying big hopes, unanswered questions, and complicated emotions - without a clear way to express what they truly need.

We See the Challenges

Here’s what many people face:
  • Big Expectations, Little Structure: People often sense that an experience could be meaningful, but don’t know how to clarify what they’re actually seeking.
  • Emotional Overwhelm: Difficult relationships, habits, or life transitions can feel tangled and hard to name.
  • Mixed Messages: Popular media promises transformation, while offering little guidance about responsibility or reflection.
  • Missed Integration: Without preparation, insights can fade instead of becoming real change.

It doesn’t have to feel this vague.

Craft Powerful Intentions for Your Psychedelic Journey helps you slow down, reflect, and articulate what truly matters - so you can approach your experience with intention rather than uncertainty.

Craft Powerful Intentions for Your Psychedelic Journey

This introductory-level course guides you through a thoughtful, reflective process for shaping a clear and meaningful intention before a legal, guided psychedelic experience. The focus is not on substances themselves, but on you: What you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for, what kind of change feels meaningful.

Through guided reflection, simple exercises, and a downloadable workbook, you’ll learn how to express your intention in a way that is focused, compassionate, and grounded in reality.

This course does not teach or encourage substance use. It offers a framework for self-reflection and preparation for adults who are already planning a legal, facilitated experience and want to approach it responsibly.

This course is delivered as an on-demand, video-based home study program. This program does not offer NBCC credit hours.

Frequently asked questions

Does this course teach me how to use psychedelics?

No. This workshop does not provide instructions for using any substances. It is an educational, reflective course focused on helping adults think clearly about what they want from a legal, guided experience and how to approach it with care and responsibility.

What if I’m not sure what my “intention” should be?

That’s exactly who we designed the course for! Many people arrive feeling confused, stuck, or emotionally tangled. The guided exercises help you sort through those feelings and shape them into a clear, compassionate intention—without needing to have answers beforehand.

Will this course guarantee a positive or life-changing experience?

No. The course makes no promises about outcomes. It focuses on preparation and reflection, not results. Meaningful change is complex and personal. This workshop supports thoughtful engagement and integration, not shortcuts or guarantees.

Is this course appropriate if I’m in emotional distress?

The course is reflective and gentle, but it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are currently experiencing psychosis, mania, suicidal thoughts, or severe emotional instability, this course is not appropriate. In those situations, it’s important to seek direct support from a qualified healthcare professional.
