Program Complaint Policy

While we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, we will consider all complaints carefully and take appropriate action.
Fees, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
Program fees are displayed on each program's registration page. All fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials.
Due to the immediate access provided to our pre-recorded content, we do not offer refunds once a program has been purchased.
As our programs are pre-recorded and available for immediate access upon purchase, we do not allow cancellations or transfers of registrations.
If we need to discontinue a program, participants who have yet to access the content will receive a full refund.
